Should it Happen, U.S. Northern Command Would Likely Take Over, and Put an End to Habeas Corpus.  If you listen to some political talk show hosts on the radio and TV lately, America is going to start having citizens retaliating out of frustration from the economy--hence precipitating the need for proclamations of martial law from our governors or our President.
